Terms of Service

  • DO NOT USE MY WORK TO TRAIN AI or NFTs.

  • I have the right to decline your commission request for any reason

  • All commission pieces are for PERSONAL/NON-COMMERCIAL USES only

  • Keep in mind that I have school work to do so please understand if I don't have any progress within a week after I show you the sketch.

  • I may publish commissioned pieces in my personal portfolio, social media, or other publication media unless requested otherwise

  • Completion time may vary between 1 to 6 weeks, starting from when I send the sketch

  • Feel free to ask for progress updates, but don't rush me.

Payment Policy

  • All prices are in USD and IDR (1 USD = Rp 13.000)

  • Full payment upfront. No refunds.

  • I accept payment via PayPal and BNI (Local/IDR only)

  • I may cancel your reservation if payment is not received within 24 hours upon confirmation.

  • I will only give refunds if I decide to cancel a commission order myself or if I have not started on the piece/cannot finish the piece for any reason.

  • REVISION FEE = Free revision up to 3 times at the sketching stage. More than 3 will be charged +$5 per revision. Once the pose and sketch has been approved, any major revisions will incur additional fee/s to be paid before being applied (might cost more than $5).

  • ADDITIONAL FEE = May apply for props and certain extra details

  • For commissions that cost $100 or more, 50% down payment is accepted; the rest of the fee should be paid after the sketch is approved.

Order Process

  • If I accept your commission request, I will contact you through Instagram/Twitter DM about the final price and send you an invoice.

  • Once I receive the payment a sketch will be sent for approval.

  • After the sketch is approved of and any edits are made, I will begin lining/coloring.

  • Feel free to ask for updates or WIPs whenever and I'll be more than happy to provide!

  • I can make small corrections after the commission is finished, any big corrections that require changing a chunk of the composition may come with a revision fee.

  • After everything's approved I'll send the full res png copy via email.

  • Canvas size will be 30x30 cm 300 dpi by default. A4 canvas will be used if requested or if there’s more than one character

Waist-Up

  • Base Price $120

  • +100% per additional character (max 3 character per canvas)

  • Free simple/abstract background

  • Additional prop starting from $10

  • Detailed background starting from $15

  • Canvas size will be A4 cm 300 dpi by default.

  • Artstyle will be rendered similarly to the headshot samples
